The Visitor Attraction Company

The London Eye

The Initial Brief

We were originally commissioned by British Airways to prepare a feasibility study for a large Ferris Wheel, proposed for central London.

Key Tasks

Over the next 3 years we oversaw qualitative and quantitative market research which supported the feasibility study projections; prepared a detailed business plan; assessed the viability of secondary; assessed the potential for corporate hospitality; provided operational planning advice and managed the tender process that led to The Tussauds Group  investing in and managing the business.

The Result

The London Eye has been the most visited paid entry attraction in Britain in each of the 12 years since it opened.
